The Delaware Center for Horticulture (TheDCH) is a non-profit community resource organization dedicated to promoting knowledge and appreciation of gardening, horticulture, and conservation. Our work includes community gardens, public landscaping, roadside beautification, tree programs, educational programs and community events. TheDCH is the only nonprofit membership organization that mobilizes and inspires community greening statewide in urban and suburban environments.
Our Mission and Focus The Delaware Center for Horticulture cultivates a greener community; inspiring appreciation and improvement of our environment through horticulture, education and conservation.
Our work is focused on making Delaware's towns and cities beautiful, healthy places to live, work and play. Our mission is important because we help people incorporate trees and parks and gardens into their urban environments.
