Event Staging:

The pre-race activities (packet pick-up, race night registration, company gathering etc) will all take place in the very large Figure 8 Barn (capacity 3000) which resides on the grounds of beautiful Bellevue State Park. The post-race party featuring food, beer and music will be staged both inside of the barn and on the outdoor grass right next to Barn.

Schedule:

5:00pm - 6:30pm: Team packet pick-up, company gathering
6:30pm - 7:30pm: 5k run/walk
7:30pm - 9:00pm: Post-race party & awards

Race Course:

The flat and fast course is one loop around the Park on a combination of packed gravel and paved road. The start and finish line is very close to the Figure 8 Barn.

Party & Catering:

We will be providing everybody with free pizza (from Pat’s) and free beer (3 varieties) but teams and team members are welcome to bring in their own food and beverages and cater their own corporate picnic. Plenty of picnic and banquet table seating will be available for all.

Registration Fee: $44 per team member.
